The ending of another year, and time to once again take stock of the annum gone by. It is a paradox, seemingly so short yet in retrospect an eternity because of all the incidents that have launched themselves into my destiny. Some larger than life, some very ordinary, but every one of them moulded me in a certain way.. and I have grown much, learned much, laughed much, and wept much. This was a year that was certainly not devoid of emotions and tensions, and even though it was less of a rollercoaster than some other years, there was still enough to impact me in more ways than one. Yet regardless of blessing or sadness, the boy is grateful for another year's worth of experiences that will stand him in good stead as he sails on into unfettered youth and uncharted territories.

Here's to 2007, and an exciting and fulfilling 2008. Skal, my dahlings.. :)
