The bump and grind of old work routines is never exciting, as I have been asked time and again. Rather, the tedium gets to you, in a gradual strangulation.

Another bad dance night again yesterday, and that gave me a strong reason not to social tonight even though Steph was on my back all day long hoping to drag me there. Bless her heart though! Bad nights are the norm for me here rather than the exception, and after a first term's worth of few social nights, I still am nowhere near finding out a good explanation of the curious phenomenon.
Looks like I'm in for the long haul once more.. :(
